How we handle personal data through Nex Books and this website.

• •Account details: the names, email addresses, phone numbers and roles of the people who use Nex Books.
• •Sign-in security: two-factor authentication settings.
• •Activity records: which user did what, and when, inside Nex Books, kept to protect your records.
• •Technical data: browser and device information and IP addresses in our service logs.
• •The business records you enter, which can include personal data about your customers, suppliers and staff, such as names, addresses, phone numbers, email addresses and tax registration numbers.
• •Messages you send us.

To provide and secure Nex Books, to support you, to send service and billing messages, and to meet our legal obligations. We do not sell personal data, and we do not use it for advertising.

For the records you enter about your own customers, suppliers and staff, your business decides what is collected and why. We process those records only to provide Nex Books to you.

Only the service providers that help us run Nex Books, such as hosting and email delivery, each bound to protect it; and authorities, where the law requires.

For as long as your subscription is active, and for 60 days after it ends or after a trial ends without a subscription, so you can download it. It is then deleted, and backups are overwritten on a rolling basis. Records we must keep by law, such as our invoices to you, are kept for as long as the law requires.

Access controls, encryption, two-factor sign-in, and each company’s data kept separate from every other company’s.

You can ask to see, correct, delete or receive a copy of your personal data by writing to info@nexayra.com, and we will respond within 30 days. If you are a user in a company’s workspace, questions about that company’s business records may be referred to the company.

Nex Books uses only the cookies needed to keep you signed in. On its Why Nexayra page, this website stores one setting in your browser for the current session only, recording whether your browser can play transparent video.

We may update this policy at any time. The date of the latest update is shown at the top, and we will tell you about significant changes.
